Default Drinking more water and feel dehydrated, anybody else deal with this?

Before starting WW July 19th, I didn't even drink water everyday and never felt dehydrated (dry mouth, dry eyes). Since being on WW I make myself drink 3 to 4 16oz. bottles of water a day. Now I have been waking up with a dry mouth and dry eyes.

Has anybody else experienced this?

This has been puzzling me as well. I used to drink a lot, but now my mouth is dry all the time. I wonder if it's because I'm taking in less food, hence less water from food (which is supposed to be absorbed better by the body than just straight water). I just know it's driving me nutso.

Thanks for responding. This remains a mystery to me.

I would ask at the meetings and see what people suggest. I know that if I don't drink anything during the night then I wake up very thirsty in the mornings but I try to limit how much I drink at night since that affects my weight in the morning.

I am not criticizing Emerald for posting this link - almost anything is worth considering - but the claims in that "article" are preposterous and silly.

Didn't realize we had an EXPERT in the house, unlike the person who wrote it.
