Hi all, it's currently very hot where I reside in the USA. I drink ice water all day long. I worry about water retention though.
I dont have edema or anything serious but currently have PMS and it seems like all the water i drink is pooling right in my belly region.
I stopped working out at gym 1 month ago due to lack of appropriate air conditioning there during crowded peak gym use periods and because its too darn hot n stuffy during the Summer too.
Also because of a locker security problem at this particular gym and of how the gym crew or some rude member? failed to respect a member, me, by throwing away my personal items in lieu of placing any of my little belongings found into a Lost n Found for a few days at, least.
I still exercise nightly after dinner by walking a good mile or 2 for 1 hour every night. It just isn't quite the same as doing the circuits for toning of areas like my chest or underarms. I fear turkey wings from lack of circuit training and this is causing me anxiety.....
