My name is Elena, 34 yrs old, I live in Switzerland and I am new to the forum. I have been looking to join a nice forum (with nice people
) and I think I've found the right one.
I started losing weight on 9 Jan this year and I have lost 11 kg so far. However, I haven't been exercising very much lately, ate more, and consequently haven't lost any weight in the past 2 months.
As of today, I am on a regimen again. I am 1.78 m tall and I weigh 101 kg. I would like to lose at least another 10 kg by the end of the year and another 15 kg next year.
My strategy is to eat a small meal (200-300 kcal) every 2-3 hours (between 9 am and 9 pm). I feel that this approach is very likely to work for me. I have a gym membership and I should start exercising again. I promise to go to the gym on Monday. Promise.
Oh, and I don't count calories from vegetables.
