Been wanting to do something like this for awhile. I need to get my diet and weight under control since it has been climbing quick! Why is it always easier to put on weight than to take it off? Truth is, I've been lazy and I have started to let myself go, as they say. I'm getting older and can't eat whatever I want anymore. I need to use intention and to stay committed to my goals regarding diet and exercise. Supportive places like this are really the best help for me to do this. Thanks!
