hi everyone and thanks for writing a few words. I find this site great, so much to read that i don't get to post so much. I am trying to get a crochetted bunting done, i have a new great nephew coming in a few weeks, he has a few medical problems [cleft lip] although it is minor so the ultra sounds show, he is bound to be spoiled, first boy in 16 yrs on my side and first boy on mommys side.
my mom is also not up to par, she had to have a pulse generator inserted last yr., it is doing well for her but the last 2 weeks she has been ill. she will go for tests this week, of course i am a worry wart and have been nibbling all week. the nerves are frayed to say the least.
I have an 11 yr old granddaughter that some guy has been trying to be friendly with her, he comes into their trailer park and sees a boy there, like a big brother, well he has even written emails to her, he is in his 30s, well my son is waiting to see him and tell him to stay away from her or we will call the cops. it is so scary out there and i worry about her and her sister alot.
my only company all day is my dogs, a long haired chihuahua and a min pin, also i have 5 birds, all in the parrot family, they keep me busy and keep me laughing with their antics. they all have their own way to communicate, 3 talk and 2 just sing and make noise, hehe

Would love to extend a hand also! I need a hug! This is my fifth week of plateau and so beside myself with frustration! I am 52 and going to be a first time grandmother and I want to be healthy and fit! So heres to you!
