Default can't get my food intake under control

so for the past 3 weeks I haven't been able to get my eating habits under control ... and it's not like I eat really unhealthy things, its just that Im eating too much of everything haha like I'll have 3 bowls of Total cereal as a snack or a couple of yogurts .... I average around 2000 cals a day, but all the while this has been happening I'm working out everyday always at least an hour of cardio and either weight lifting or some sort of strength training (ie. pilates) ...anyone have any advice on how to get this under control cause I'm just hungry ALL the time .. I'm goin crazy haha

If you're working out really hard, you probably do need some more food! Try filling up on fruits and veggies and lean protein rather than carb-packed snacks!

I agree with 2frustrated -- are you getting enough protein?

For myself, if I don't have some protein within about 30 min to 1 hr after my workout I am HUNGRY the whole day.

Also trying to vary your cal intake from one day to the next may help trick your body into thinking its getting more. For example 1800 cal one day and 1600 cal the next and so one, you just have to hit the right average for the week. Try doing higher cals on the days you work out and lower on the ones you don't.
