so for the past 3 weeks I haven't been able to get my eating habits under control ... and it's not like I eat really unhealthy things, its just that Im eating too much of everything haha like I'll have 3 bowls of Total cereal as a snack or a couple of yogurts .... I average around 2000 cals a day, but all the while this has been happening I'm working out everyday always at least an hour of cardio and either weight lifting or some sort of strength training (ie. pilates) ...anyone have any advice on how to get this under control cause I'm just hungry ALL the time .. I'm goin crazy
