Default I gained

I'm really okay with it. It was .4 lbs and its tom almost. I knew I was bloated cause my bb's hurt and my ring looks tight.
So I'm not beating myself up over. Mostly because I saw +4 on the card then at closer look saw the .4.
sooo I'm very happy that it was point 4 and not 4 lbs!

Yep, .4 is nada. Learning how to take the gains in stride and move on to the losses is a great advantage, in my opinion.

Yep, I agree .4lb is nothing - I'm sure I'd gain that if I drank a big cup of tea! It's just water - not fat gain so don't let it get you down. Keep on working - I usually get my biggest loss right after TOM., so stick with it.

Love Amanda x

that is great that you are accepting it as it is--a part of TOM and will go away soon.

I don't think it is anything more than a TOM flucuation.....and you will probably show a drop shortly after.

TOM is another good reason to avoid the scale.....
