What are your fitness/health goals?

Want to lose weight and get lots of nice muscles!

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?

I was going on a trip with a friend and was afraid I'd have to ask for a seatbelt extender on the airplane (thankfully, I didn't, though)

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?

Exercising more

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?

Being more motivated to exercise, sticking to a schedule, not getting discouraged about plateaus or losing less than 2 lbs per week

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : I want great toned arms like Madonna's!

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?

Any bathing suit without a great big shirt over it.
