Default Fabulous 40's Journal #6

This is the longest time that I have kept an on-line journal going. I have the ww calculator, the ww written journal, ww e-tools and this 3fatchicks journal and my group journal. I love keeping all the journals up to date.
Thanks Myra for helping to keep us going.

It's the best way I know to stay focused. I cut and paste my journal here and post it on a few other boards and e-lists. It is great seeing how others work the program and to get feedback on what I am doing. It has really helped.

Didn't do badly considering we didn't decide to have the Chinese until midafternoon. I can't believe I was still able to fit it in.

Isn't that fun when you get to eat something fun and it still fits. You are working this program wonderfully Myra.

I lost 2.5 pounds this week!

Saturday 8/25/01

Breakfast: none

lunch:
chick-fil-a chargrilled chicken cool wrap-(4.36)
1/4- 1/2 packet of ranch dressing-(2)
1/2 order of waffle fries-(3.3)


dinner: Party
2 thin slices roast beef-(2)
2 deviled eggs-(3)- took off most of heaping filling.
2 small squares cheese-(1)
The icing off the small cake I had-I threw the cake
part away- (2)

snacks:
1 doughnut-(5)- This was planned. Britts, Brandon and I
decided earlier in the week what treat
we wanted on Saturday with our banked
points and we chose krispy creams.
lowfat chips-(6)- I took my own measured chips with
me to the party.



points: 28.6- Had 18 in my bank and I used 5. So I
ended the week with 13 in my bank.
water-100 oz.
exercise: none- didn't venture into the pool.


success:
After Britt's soccer game I took her and Bradley
through McDonalds to get Bradley a milkshake and Britts a sundae and I did not get anything.

I guessed at the points for the vegetarian Peking "duck" which is basically soy with shitake mushrooms and a little brown rice syrup and spices. It didn't have nutritional info on the label (I got it at my health food store), but I can't imagine it is more than 5 points.

They were great. They were spicy enough that I knew Bruce would love them and he did. Anything new you try let me know.

I did it! I made my 10 percent by the skin of my teeth. Not a tenth of a lb. to spare, but I did it.
