My husband bought these last week and I tried them on Sunday for our weekly brunch. They were kind of hard to separate for placement on the pan, but they tasted pretty good when done and frosted. And they were only 100 calories each, so having 2 with my morning coffee did not break me [he ate the other 6!]. So, I'd say these are a good once in a while treat and a much safer diet alternative to Cinnabon.
