How Old Are You Really??
This is very cool - it's a test where you put in your age and then a lot of specifics about your health and it compares your actual age against your "real" age.

So, I'm actually 35 but my REAL age is 30.8 
Maybe I could actually go backwards to 29.

I'm 37, but my REAL AGE is 32.45.
I will be interested in doing this test again when I have lost all my weight and when I have been living this lifestyle for a long time.

LOL...I was hesitant about taking this test...there are those days I feel like 70 (hahaha). I am 33, will be 34 years old in Dec. According to oprah...I am actually 35.
WHEW!!! I don't mind being one or two years older than I really am.
