It has been so long since I've changed my tracker. I just did it but it came out the same. What am I doing wrong?

I could kick myself for gaining the weight over the past year. I still think that the doctor wasn't nice when she didn't tell me that bedtime pill would cause weight gain.

I didn't get to go to my meeting last night, and I'm so confused as to how to handle it.

I -THINK- I can catch another one of her meetings tomorrow - should I try? If I do, how would that work? Would I get to weigh in? The leader has a total of 3 meetings a week in different areas.

I am sure I lost weight, should I just go by my scale at home this week, and go to my meeting next week? I hate that I missed, and now I don't have a quicktrack thingie for this week.

:c(

Congrats to those of you who lost weight this week!

Tomorrow is my weigh-in and I feel like I have water retention.
We'll see!

Doesn't B6 help with water retention? Maybe you could take some of that? I hope it moves in the right direction for ya, tomorrow!

Erin,
Thanks for the advice on the B6. I took some last night. Now I'm going to wait until tomorrow, Friday, for my official weigh-in.

I hope it helps!!!! I'm not sure how many/how long you need to take them before it kicks in!

I was down 1.6 for my weigh in today! I'm almost at 10 pounds!

Happy Friday!!!!

Erin, that loss is fabulous!!!!
Keep it up and you'll have lost 10 lbs. in a few more days.

I'm down 1/2 pound!!! I'm very pleased because I've been stuck.
My tracker won't show 1/2 pound but I'll get it to move next week.

How is everyone else doing?
