Default Veggie Allergy

Well, probably my biggest obstacle with losing weight is this. The Boyfriend is severely allergic to green veggies (and some other colours as well, beets, for example, corn, coloured peppers, cauliflower, onions).

Now, I wouldn't mind cooking two meals, but if even _one_ of my veggies comes in contact with his, its basically a trip to the ER. (Which, not fun, trust me).

I've discovered frozen baggied veggies, but there are only so many things I know to make with them that don't taste like.. um.. well, crap.

Any suggestions? Should be something quick, because I prepare my dinner after his is ready, to avoid cross-contamination, but still tasty!

If you only eat one meal together ... like my husband and I ... only dinner. Eat what he eats. When you are alone, then eat your salads and things. If you eat together three times a day .... I'd have to think harder
