Okay, looks like I'm going to have to stay on the straight and narrow now that we are posting what we ate and our exercise for the day.
Thursday- 30 mins of exercise at the gym plus gardening for 1 hour
Food- Breakfast

3 ounces of ham with a slice of cheddar cheese on one slice of bread with mayo& mustard, water with a little diet drink added.

Snack- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and 1/4 low carb choc. bar ( whole bar 2 carbs)

Lunch- hotdog with cheese and water with diet juice added

Snack- a few nuts

Dinner- 1 slice of home made pizza, lots of meat & cheese, & veggies, very thin crust
more water

Snack- blended diet drink, water , ice , 1 slice of cantaloupe, 1 small banana to make a wonderful fruit drink. I split this with my husband.

Got on the scale this morning to find that I have loss another 1 1/2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!

I'm down 9 1/4 pounds since I started a month ago.

I'm planning on being at goal by Christmas. This will be the best gift I can give myself.

Good morning,
I've been eating a lot of the same things so my journal is pretty boring. Yesterday we were invited over to our friends house for lunch so I ended up eating more than usual, I didn't want to insult her by not eating ( Ha Ha)
Breakfast:
3 ounces ham, slice bread, slice cheese, diet juice& water

Lunch:
3/4 sandwich and some fresh peach slices

Dinner:
We all went to dinner so I split a cheeseburgar, salad,& fries with my husband.

I really didn't get to stick to my diet plan, but it could have been a really bad diet day.
I feel I made better choices than I usually would have.

Looks like I'm just about the only one doing this. Actually I prefer chatting. Should we keep on doing this ?

Wednesday, Aug 17

BREAKFAST:
2 coffees/blk
1 cup cottage cheese w/splenda & cinnamon

LUNCH:
kielbasa sandwich with lo-carb bread/mustard
2 coffee/blk

DINNER:
We went to China One Buffet for dinner ... I was as good as I could be ...

1 terriyaki chicken on a stick
1/2 cup won ton soup (oh I love this)
1 slice watermelon/a few grapes
1/2 hard boiled egg
spinach with mozz cheese (just a small serving)
tea (of course)

now, here's the bad part ... China One has the most delicious fried doughnuts ... and tonite they looked extra wonderful so I did indulge and had 2 of them .. they are small.

There .. that's it for today .. I'm on my way to bed now .. we have to leave in the morning by 7:00 ... so remember, I will be gone for 2 days .. no internet. I'll talk to you on Saturday.

Okay, here goes
Wednesday
Breakfast:
2 small sausage links with 1/2 piece of bread
diet fruit juice, it's low carb

Lunch:
1/2 cheeseburger
water

Dinner:
salad with chunks of turkey & blue cheese dressing
1 ear of corn
1/2 dinner roll
fruit drink/ low carb

I know I probably had too many carbs yesterday, but I ate a lot less than I wanted!
I figure if I make small changes I'll be able to stick to a weightloss plan. I didn't gain it all in one day and it won't go away in one day.
