Default Upper Body/Arm Exercises

I am looking for some exercises that don't require the gym because I live in teh middle of nowhere. I have lost over 50lbs and now am noticing the jigglies in and under my arms...Anyone know any good toning exercises to get my body in shape for my strapless wedding gown?

Here are some arm exercises:

I do tricep kickbacks, pulldowns and extensions, and bicep, reverse and hammer curls for toning my arms. I also do shoulder presses and front and lateral rises for my shoulders.

Free weights are good to work with if you cant get those either cans of food work and also gallons of water ,pushups. You can google arm exersises without weights etc... and see many examples of diffrent exersises you can do. Walking very briskly and moving your arms at a fast pace is nice also.
The best thing to tone is weight lifting but also cardio such as walking or running.

Tricep dips (pictured in Marilyn's link) are also great.

Congratulations on the big loss!!

You've gotten some great suggestions...what I'm going to do is move this thread over to Ladies who Lift - so you can get to the Weight Training Brain Trust here at 3FC.
