Default Southbeach Overview

I have been trying to eat better and exercise more. I do better when I stick to a "Plan" however. There are so many different diets to choose from. Can someone guide me to a thread that compares different diets (what they generally consist of) or tell me a little about the SBD? I just hate to purchase more books and find it is something I can't stick with. (like the Fat Flush was for me) Thanks
