Coffee with creamer - 1

L: Salad with baby greens (0), sliced steak (5) and goat cheese (2) with a balsamic reduction (4) = 11

S:
Apple dipper -- 4
Espresso - 0

D:
Hard-boiled egg - 2
A slice bread - 1
FF mayo - 0
Green beans with B&B - 1

S:
Yogurt - 2
Twirl Pop - 1

Total: 30

Just for today, I will not stray from this plan. Just for today.

OK, I've played around online looking for recipes or ideas (see my other thread about my temporary lack of groceries!) and here's what I've come up with:

I've already skipped breakfast. That wasn't smart, I know.

Lunch:
1 cup canned chicken noodle soup- 1pt
1 can Mountain Dew- 3pts
LF peanut butter on saltine crackers- ??pts (will calculate later)

Supper:
Parmesean Chicken Cutlets -- 3pts

I wanted to have: Un "fried" French Fries- 4pts http://www.recipezaar.com/90849 with supper but I don't have any potatoes, so the high-points tater tots will have to do. :/

Ok, I'm having the same dinner as Lisa (izzywas) because she is the one who plans and cooks dinner. A round of applause for Lisa keeping me on track with healthy dinners!

Breakfast: wheat tortilla, one egg scrambled, and a wedge of laughing cow garlic and herb light creamy cheese. 5 points, and not too bad for taste (I wasn't sure how it would be!)

Lunch: Subway with Lisa 6inch wheat steak and cheese, a few of Lisa's chips, and light lemonade- 8 points total. No, I didn't count the chips. Somebody scold me. I only had three or four...

I just had a sugar free jello cup with ff coolwhip- ZERO point snack, yay.

I have 15 points for dinner, and I don't know how many I'll use at dinner, so maybe I'll have to get creative later for a snack...

Oh, and I'm doing great on the water today!!! And going swimming tonight with my little man and Lisa...

Snack
Tiny TINY piece of cake (barely enough to count, but I want a round number for today) .5 pts

Dinner
1 ½ cup turkey – 12 pts
3 buns – 3 pts
½ cup SJ mix – 1 pt
1 serving cheese – 3 pts
Total – 19
