Hi, Clsyrey! We are similar weights. I started trying to lose weight on December 27th, 2004. I weighed 182. I lost some weight be myself, and then I gained some of it back. I started weight watchers during the last week of June, 2005. I weighed 175.6. Now, I'm down to 168.8. I'm 5'8". I can tell that some of my clothes are fitting a bit looser, but not too much looser. Mostly, I can sense that I have more energy. I'm trying to start jogging, and I've noticed that I feel lighter. It's probably all in my head, but I'd like to think that I'm carrying around a little more weight.

One of my co-workers likes to equate how much weight she has lost to canisters of Krisco (is that spelled right?). I don't know the equation, but I think 3 pounds of weight lost equals 1 can. Isn't that disgusting?!?

I meant to add that you might also want to ask your question on our Tuesday thread. More people read that one than this thread.

Also, congrats on your weight loss!!
