My goal for the week is to have at least one day on points.
It has been a very hectic few weeks and too much take out food.
I want to try to get more water in too, I have had a low grade headache for days and I think it is not enough water. Glug.....................................
My goal for the week is to drink more water!!! I had 3 glasses today. That's more than I had most of the days of vacation. I want to drink AT LEAST 3 glasses each day. That's enough of a goal for me right now.
I met my goal by drinking 5 glasses of water today (so far). I'll keep that goal until next week, then I'll change to something else or add to that one. Not doing much exercise wise since my ankle is still swollen.
No need to worry anymore about the hurricane. It went into Mexico. We are gettting a little rain but it's from some high/ low thingy, not the hurricane. Thank you for caring!
It sounds like we are setting great goals.
I did good on my water yesterday. Can I count a large glass of cf tea towards my water goal?
