7/16: Mowed 2 hours & 1 mile walking
7/17: 1.5 hours in pool

Walked TWO times around the block (30 minutes) with HUBBY!! Yep...He walked with me!!

WAY TO GO WAYNE & SHERRY! Wayne, walking is one of the best forms of exercise you can do to help your heart.
