Some people are just inconsiderate a$$holes. My grandmother use to say, consider the source, and ignore it. So use your energy to find a new job instead of fuming over some one who isn't worth the time or energy. I'm sure you will find a new and better job any way, some one who is like that isn't worth working for in the first place. Good luck!

Aren't you entitled to unemployment benefits?

i can get ei (employment insurance) but it isn't enough to pay for my rent ($775/month) and my credit counselling payments (all student loans $613.00/month). I can only get the max which is $1400/month and i can't move because i don't have the money to break my lease or pay first and last for a new place.

i've got a couple of promising sounding jobs that i'm applying to. hopefully one of them will work out.

i can't do the deferment because they're all in a credit counselling program which i had to fight to get in the first place.
