Smile Unoffical weigh in :-)
Hello fellow beachers!

I am feeling so great! and loving this plan so much..each day learning more about this plan and it feels wonderful!! I took a peak on the scale yesterday afternoon and also this morning...am a scale watcher, but don't usually weigh myself in the afternoons..anyway, I lost 4 Lbs so far!! am at 408!!! Yahoooo!! am so close of being aweigh under 400 and it feels great!! I won't change my siggy line till my offical weigh in on wednesday...it will be week one that I have been on phase 1.

I just wanted to share and SB is my plan for life!!!

I have set up those ticker thing for weight and hoping it shows.

Liliann, I just did my techie MOD thingie and fixed your ticker. When it's time to change, just holler.
(Basically, you go into your signature and change the third number in the signature code - 412/###/160. Remember to save the change. )
