Makes 2 casseroles
Perfect for a brunch or the holidays.

1 can sliced pears
1 can sliced peaches
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can aprcots halves
1 can pitted dark cherries or Queen Anne cherries
4 bananas
1 Lb pkg Macaroons
Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Banana Liqueur
Butter

Drain fruit dry (like over night) Drain the cherries separately. Crumble macaroons, but leave chunky.

The day of serving.

Slice bananas and mix all the fruit together. Layer 1/2 fruit in casserole - sprinkle with macaroons - a little brown suar - dot with butter. Repeat

Pour banana liqueur over top. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. You may need more liqueur.

Enjoy it's wonderful. The men love it. You can use what ever size can of fruit for the number of people you are serving. I have made it in one very large bowl.
