Someone in the office just dropped off three dozen munchkins from Dunken Doughnuts! Every kind of Munchkin they make...even the ones full of frosting. I need you ladies to tell me all the horrible ingredients I am missing! All the preservatives and processed flowers so I can resist eating 12 of them! So, this post is more to motivate myself but I would love outside help.
Ugh! Don't eat that crap! Just think what it'll do to your arteries! Each donut will clog one artery, and you'll be dead in five minutes! how was that?

It went really well! I ignored the doughnuts all day and then I finally passed them off to a friend upstairs. (Well, I say passed off, really I said "TAKE THESE!"). Then, as a treat for beating the doughnut desires, I took out my bf to dinner where I had a salad with Balsamic Ving. dressing, then I had a piece of filet mignon with Asparagus as my veggie and a diet coke. I was proud of me! I figured I deserved filet and this is our first dinner our in a long time. Take that, dougnuts!
