Default 7 Layer Mexican Dip (low fat version)

Ingredients:
1 can fat-free refried beans
8 ounces picante sauce
8 ounces fat-free sour cream
2 cups lettuce -- shredded
2 cups green onions -- chopped
2 cups tomatoes -- chopped
4 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese

Preparation:
In a glass 9x9 pan, layer the ingredients in the order listed above; beans, sauce, sour cream, etc. The chill in the refridgerator for 30 -40 minutes or you can eat right away. I just like it cold - especially in the summer

Serve with baked Tostitos. Ole!
