I never go by the back of snacks about servings. They always say about when they say how many .I measure them on my electronic scale. They are usually off. Sometimes it is sad news and I get less but most of the time I get a few more. )

1 skinny cow-(2)
grilled veggies
ham and string cheese-(3)

exercise: None-It's my TOM and have cramps.
