Default CORE Frappuccino Recipe wanted

I'm looking for a CORE frappuccino recipe. I'll even take a non core recipe and modify it to make it core. I have no idea how to even make them. I had my first one yesterday, I never realized they were so yummy.

When I'm at the "coffee shops" during summertime I do want a cold drink but most of them are pre-sweetened.

At Starbucks you can get an iced cafe americano (which is espresso, water and ice) and add some sf vanilla syrup. I presume you can make something similar at home w/cold coffee, skim milk or plain yogurt? some sf flavoring and/or splenda?? Throw it in the blender and whip it up. How about some of the sf flavored coffee mixes? Wonder how those would work?

Hoping someone does have an official recipe - otherwise need to play around w/quantities to get it right?

Susan - I got this recipe off Dotties Weight Loss zone, not core, but maybe you can adapt it.

Cappuccino Cooler

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
3 ice cubes
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth. Pour into a tall,
chilled glass; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if you like.

some starbucks locations have frappachinos with splenda. you can't get it caffeine free, but the sugar free-ness puts a grande down to about 3 points (which may or may not be core because of the milk)
