Default excersie and skin problems

Hi everyone,
OK, this is kind of gross but I thought some one might have some insight.
Anyway, I've been working out a lot lately. All of a sudden, I have been breaking out on my legs and my butt. I sweat a lot but I always shower after my work out. has anyone had this problem and figured out a way to solve it? I tryed putting powder on my legs but I sweat to much, it didnt' really even make dent. Are there acne soaps for the body?
If any one know how to over come this let me know.
Thanks,
Jennie

If I don't change clothes after I workout (sweat) I break out. It helps more if I shower after or before even. What you have might be a heat rash. I dont know how to prevent or treat it except make sure your clothes aren't rubbing the area. If it''s your skin rubbing the area I'd try spandex shorts that cover the area underneath your gym shorts. There are acne washes out. I don't know which ones are good. Make suer you drink lots of water and keep the area clean, dry and moisturized! Hope I helped! I noticed as I lose weight it gets better!

One thing runners use is Body Glide. It looks like a solid deodorant and it helps prevent chafing and skin irritations.

My body does the same thing jennie and I asked someone about it befoer and they said it may be and allergic reaction to sweating or something to that effect. I was told to take an antihistamine to stop the itching like claritin that won't make you drowsy. But the funny thing is when the seasons change I break out in hives on the back of my thighs to my butt but after a while it goes away I think it may actually be an allergy reaction to my sweating. I change clothes after i workout but I was still getting the same issue. My backside would itch so much I would scratch sores into my legs but as I said before it only happens when the seasons change.
