Monday -- Legs
good workout
Tuesday -- Back and biceps jog to and from gym -- good workout
Wednesday -- rest
Thursday -- Chest and triceps, treadmill run 5K sprints, I ran 7.3 mph for 1 minute 4 times with a minute rest inbetween, that was fun...
Friday -- nothing was in a conference all day
Saturday -- Shoulders, treadmill run again unfortunately it's quite dreary out so I'll do the
