Default Toning-strength at home??

Hello everyone,

I think I'm doing pretty good at my cardio but I really have no clue what I should be doing for toning. A gym is out of the question (too much money right now and 35 minutes each way for the nearest one that has child care) so I have to do it at home. All I have is 2, 3 and 5 pound weights. I could afford to buy a couple more things if they are necessities though. What are some good exercises I should be doing? I have an old Jane Fonda exercise tape "The complete workout" with 10 minutes of lower body and 10 of upper but is that enough?? And I'm not even sure those are the best exercises to be doing? If someone could just point me in the right direction I would be very grateful!

Thanks for any help!

I don't have time for a long post, but here are some sites that are very helpful.... If you search through them they have somewhere in there info about working out at home.

Stumptuous is great, I highly recommend it.

If you want a video to follow, check out Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight, either the original or the newer volume two.
