Actually suchaprettyface, if she's talking about the ones I think she is.. the sodium content of a serving is 240mg sodium.. thats not that bad. Granted, its more than non-additive chicken would be, but its the same as their fresh chicken breasts.. and unfortunately, not all of us live in an area where you can get other brands. I'm lucky if I can find Sanderson Farms and I have to go to a completely different store.. sometimes they have it, sometimes they dont. The convenience of having individually frozen chicken that is easy to thaw might be worth the extra 100-150mg of sodium. All in all, that wont make or break my day's sodium content.
