Weekend Challenge week 4
I forgot to start this Wednesday but if anyone wants to join me for a weekend challenge I'm here. I am going to be extra carefull this weekend after doing so bad last weekend. I'm lucky I just came away with a maintain and not a gain this week.

I have a wedding shower Sunday. I am going to try not to get soused, which is what I want to do. I am also going to watch the portions.
Saturday is spring cleaning. I will try to remember to eat, as when I do the big cleaning day, I tend to not remember to eat til about 10pm & then I make the most horrible choices.

I'M IN, I'M IN!!
I have to admit I'm finding weekends easier to deal with the longer I stay on plan, but there's always those extra temptations thown in. I do have a full house this weekend though, so I'm sure all the little (and one big) voices will pipe up with "You SURE you want that, Jilly?? if I reach for the goodies.
Let's all stay strong together and make it through the weekend on target and on plan!

I'm in too, of course!
I have a 4 mile walk tomorrow for the Make a Wish foundation, so that will be my exercise for the day! And Sunday back to the basement for a date with my elliptical machine!
I'll eat on plan as I always do.

We have a three day weekend this week, YIKES!!!! And my dh is at work two of those days leaving me on my own, double YIKES!!! So my plan is to keep busy. Not sure if my gym will be open on Monday, if not, I am going to take a train ride somewhere I have never been and explore wherever I end up by foot. Sunday I am doing some serious spring cleaning in the house, and I will do my normal exercise routine, which is a swim in the morning and the gym in the late afternoon.

I did my Walk on Saturday and it only took 1 hr and 10 mins!!! That's 20 mins faster than last year! AND my skinny-minny mother who did the walk this year was the first one to complain about her butt and legs being sore from walking so far!!! Ha Ha I can hardly believe it! I had no problems at all with it except all the fresh air made me sleepy, went to bed at 10pm on a Saturday?!?!!
Got up this morning and did my elliptical for 21 mins! Bumped it up another minute from last week. Hopefully that will keep me in a losing streak.
Weigh in is tomorrow, hoping I'll be about 264... 2 pound loss?! Crossing my fingers!

Great job, Sara! Nice to get some good exercise, shorten your time AND raise money for a good cause. Good for you!
I've been fine so far this weekend. Didn't go over on the eats and got the physical activity in. Just going down now to make dinner for the starving masses.

Good going Sara and Jill. I too have done good this weekend. I did not over do it on my treat meal and have stayed on plan for the rest of the weekend.

I still ahve one day of the weekend to go really, as it is Bank Holiday Monday today. The gym is shut!!!!!!! Not happy. Have done really well so far over the weekend. Not sure on the train trip, it may be a date with the housework instead . I went clothes shopping on Sunday instead of cleaning! I haven't done any grocery shopping so there isn't anything off plan to eat in the house!!!

Everybody did so well over the weekend! I, too, did well with eating, and got some physical activity in (walking).
