Default a ray of hope...

I FINALLY broke my pleataeu! I did it, I think, by upping my calorie intake, changing what I was eatting slightly and working out more at the same time. I think just making a change helped.

So, they can be broken. Just do something different, eat a little more often but lightly less each time, do different kind of exercise, eat slightly different stuff.

I'm sure the portion control intitative didn't hurt either.
