hi all! have been on this site several times, and just didn't register. seems like a great place to be for support and encouragement! I am 39, a stay at home mom w/2 boys (11 & 3 1/2). My husband is a youth pastor. Lost 15 pounds last year w/WW but have gained some back and feeling discouraged. Had a friend to do it w/me last time and it helped so much! Don't really need to lose a lot, but need to stay focused on what I'm eating and how much. And lose what I've gained back - felt really good when I lost it! My hubby has just recently lost 25 pounds... Anyway, if anyone is interested in helping me out - and I can help you out too - let me know. Looking forward to some new friends. (not necessarily WW plan people - we can all encourage each other!)

hi , i am having a heck of a time trying to use this program...i keep sending myself messages instead of going out there to you guys. how do you do this and how do you find a reply to what you ask....i guess i must be pretty dumb or just blonde. i can.t even find the tracker scale that i put in. lois
