Monday- 30 minutes cross trainer, 25 minutes lower body weights. would have done more but i rushed back for a class I ended up skipping anyway. oh the springtime...
I'm not real big on coming to this thread but I have been doing my exercise. I went to the Y today for 30 minutes of cardio and 3 sets each on all the weight machines. About an 1 1/2 hours total. It's so hard to go but so rewarding afterwards.
