Question new tofu "pasta"

Hi! I saw today on the Hungry Girl website that there is a new product out that is made from tofu that is supposed to be somethign like pasta but with 20 cals per serving. I was just wondering if it would be SBD approved for P2. What do you ladies think?
here are the ingredients and nutrition info that it lists-

Ingredients: Filtered water, tofu (soybeans, calcium sulfate, glucono delta lactone), yam flour, calcium hydroxide.

Calories 20, Calories from Fat 5, Total Fat 0.5g, Saturated Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 15mg, Total Carbohydrate 3g, Dietary Fiber 2g, Sugars 0g, Protein 1g. 1 Effective Net Carb.

Here is the website where I got the info:

I would think it would be okay to eat the Tofu noodles. I saw a great looking recipe on the Hungry Girls site using these noodles (Fettucini Alfredo), with sauce and all it only had 80 calories per serving. I haven't tried it, but it sounds delicious!
