Default Packs of Splenda per day?
I was just wondering about how many packs of Splenda is it ok to consume during a given day. I don't use that much, but I was just wondering how many packs was a safe amount?

All the generally-available artificial sweeteners are deemed safe for normal usage. There aren't any specific numerical limits specified.

Good question! I find I use a ton of it in my coffee, on my strawberries, in my oatmeal...

Feeling kinda like a lab rat!
