VERY SIMPLE!!!
4 cups of cabbage
2 tbls lite or regular soy sauce
heat a wok or non stick frying pan sprayed with pam
add cabbage and about 1/4 cup water and soy sauce...
Then cover and allow to cook until cabbage is tender stirring as needed, uncover ann allow to brown if desired and serve
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings at 0 points
