Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the Gazelle while watching Oprah. Did anyone else see that show?? I found it highly motivating to see everyone's weight loss.
Yesterday: 30 minutes walk fast pace
Tonight: 40 minuts Laps at the pool
Wednesday 40 minutes Laps at the pool
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 30 minutes walk fast pace
Saturday or Sunday: 2-3 hours cross-country ski if weather ok if not; laps at the pool.
Yesterday I did 3 mile WATP and this morning I did the first 2 miles of the 4 mile super challenge. My goal is still to get in one hour of exercise a day but if I do get sick then I'll strive for 15-30 minutes.
This is my third week in a row of swimming at the Y. I have went both days this week and have done laps for 45 minutes and then the arthritis class for 45 minutes.
I'm back and ready to move. I figure if I post here I'll do it even if I have to hold my grandson in my arms the whole time. I play on doing WATPs not sure how many miles I can get in but going to start at 3 mile. Where's JEN????
Change of plans!! I was getting ready for my workout and went to my car to get my things. (I packed everything all my workout DVD's and weights ect... in a gmy bag so I could work out at my daughter's) It's GONE!!!!!!!!! Since I didn't workout while I was helping w/my grandbaby. I didn't notice it missing.....I'm very upset but I'm not going to let this stop me!! I figure something out.
