How many points are lean pork chops? Last night I made the following and I'm not sure how to count the final total:
*Lean Pork chops Dipped in fat-free mayo (0 pts.), and roll in plain breadcrumbs. Bake with fresh mushrooms (mushrooms - 0 pts) at 350 for 40 min.
Serve with steamed squash. (o points) I cut fresh squash and put into a microwave safe bowl with water at the bottom of the bowl (covered). Cooked for 10 min. (0 points). I added salt & pepper This was a great meal! The pork chop turned out wonderful!
