My own little boy's name is Drake which I think is unusual and different without being too weird. It is easy to pronounce and spell.

Congrats, Kimberlie!! A sweet little boy - bet you can hardly wait!

As for names, I'm pretty old fashioned and like standard names that, when shortened, are just as nice (Matthew/Matt, Alexander/Alex, Benjamin/Ben). I like Sam, too (but not Samuel). I LOVE the name Dylan because Dylan Thomas is one of my favourite poets and I'm partial to Ethan, also.

Choosing a name is such a personal thing, but if I may, I'll suggest that if you decide to call him Jack and then later have a girl, DON'T call her Jill (I've lived that personal ****!)

Drake is such a great name

I guess being one of so many Jennifers in the world, I tend to like the less common names...I love boy names like Jasper or Aidan.

Congratulations, how exciting. My two suggestions are Nathan and Brian (Brian was the little boy next door when I was a kid; my first crush )

Jill, your parents have a cruel streak, don't they

Congratulations. Boys can be so much fun (of course so can girls). Are you wanting a more traditional name or more modern.
We had Alexander Graham picked out for Lilly (Graham is a family name) and I was supposed to be a Daniel.

Congratulations!!! Boys are great!!! Names....I like Ethan and Nathan (Nat).

Gretchen - It's hardly ever clear as day and they are never 100% sure. It just kinda depends on the position of the baby at that particular moment. And I wouldn't get your hopes up. WIth all those babies in there, how will they ever tell??

Gretchen,

Nope the ultrasounds aren't clear as day.... to me anyway LOL. But he was dancing around and moved just the right way so we could see all his goods between his legs The ultrasound was torturous, I kept having to pee and my back hurt, but it only took about an hour. Everything looked good and healthy plus she showed and explained to me everything she was doing so it was interesting. Yes Jose went with me he wanted to know the sex as badly as I did Honestly I'm not really thrilled it's a boy but I'm not totally upset either. Had my heart set on a girl but I have 21 more weeks to adjust to the boy idea

Dawnyal we were looking to something more traditional, we didn't want to traumatize the children with some strange spelling of a name (like mine LOL).
I liked Patrick but he said nope

Congrats Kimberlie! How exciting to find out.

I'm glad others have good name suggestions. I can't think of anything. Luckily I'm having a girl and we had a name picked already.

Congratulations!!!!
I love little boys so much. I found my son's name in a baby book and I loved it. His name is Tristan Damian. People always ask me was it because of Brad Pitt in Legends of the FAll but my son was born years before that movie ever came out. Good luck on name hunting.

Kimberlie!!!! Ahhhhh - I'm so excited for you!! I remember when I found out it was such a motivation - just when you need it - (you are starting to feel good - and some days wonder if you are still really pregnant. Atleast that's how I felt)

Well I like the name Elijah We also loved Isaiah and Dylan. If I had my own choice I LOVE the name Simon.

Congrats!!! I am so excited for you!!

ooooooooooh, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I LOVE the name Sam, or even Charlie. My DH's name is Charles Spencer...he goes by Spencer, so I have a feeling any little bot I might have will be Charlie ( not Charles!)
