Breaky~ protein/fibre shake & cheese string

Lunch~ salmon patty & 1/3 of a cucumber

Snack~ boiled egg

Supper~ 1 cup green beans and steak & mushrooms w/gargonzola butter

Totals~ 1228 calories, 23 carbs, 10 fibre (13 net carbs) Yah!! I managed to bring my calories up without increasing my carbs!

Turkey burger -- 0

Supper:
Chicken -- 0
Green beans -- 3

Snack:
Almonds -- 3
Aspen Edge (2) -- 5

TOTAL: 14 carbs

Beef jerky -- 1
(Bad lunch!)

Supper:
Bunless bacon cheeseburger -- 1
Cesear salad -- 2
Tomatoes -- 3

TOTAL: 13 carbs

Supper~ Thai salad, 2 spring rolls and a bit of rice

Snack~ 2 oz mozzarella cheese, 2 oz pepperoni

No totals as I havent a clue what the calorie and carb count are for my supper
