Default 50+ # to go and on SBD?

How many of us have a lot to lose? Have you lost more than 50# on SBD? I know that most of the people Dr. Agatstan has in the book had less to lose than that. I've already lost 50 on WW and did it in about 6 months, but that was a few years ago and my body isn't as willing to let go of the pounds. If everything goes well I guess I will be done in about a year (a pound a week seems reasonable). Just curious how many others are in the same boat as me.

I was 170 when I first started on the beach I am at 152 as of this morning. I would like to get to 120. So my goal loss is 50 right on. It is a battle but together with all the support we give each other I am sure we will all reach our goals. Keep up the good work chicks.

I started SB a year ago at 186, and today I'm at 145. It seems the closer I get to my goal, the harder it is to shed the pounds, but I want to be there by summer at least!

I'm almost halfway to my goal. When I get there my total loss will be 87 pounds. This is possible.... CAN be done!

I have 30 as my goal right now and that seems very obtainable I definitely need to lose more than that, but I get overwhelmed by the numbers, so 30 lbs. to start and probably another 15 to 20 after that

I started South Beach at 197 (I lost 17 just before starting SBD thru a diuretic and just eating healthier) so I have lost 50 so far on SB. I still have about another 20 to go. I'm not sure if my goal will shift to lower than 130 when I get there but I will worry about it then.

I started SBD at 326 pounds and have lost about 106 of it so far. Trying to lose the last 45 has been extremely difficult for me, but that's been over the holidays and I haven't been exercising as much. I'm hoping that now that I'm exercising more, it will start coming off again.

I am 5' 3". My goal is currently listed at 130 but I may drop it to 120 (or 125). I haven't been under 130 in 20 years so I just don't know yet.

Default Hi

I started SB at the end of January last year. I started at 190+. By July I had lost 53.5 pounds. I did some serious cheating over the holidays (beginning with halloween... Anyway, I'm now working at taking those 15 off. I love SB. I was pretty discouraged before that. I've been a WW failure 3 different times, failed at LA Weightloss just prior to doing the beach. I a total convert to this way of life!
