I am wondering if any of you have tried this diet .. It only aired here in Australia on the Oprah show last night . How to look 10 yrs younger in 10 days. You all would have seen it in 2004 in the States??
I can see it would be hard to stay on for a long time but if you could manage the 28 days like one lady did I think you would be off yto a good start ??

AND, there's the old expression, "something sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Hope does indeed spring eternal, but I think we all know deep down that looking ten years younger in 10 days is impossible.

I work in a bookstore part-time & we have sold a zillion copies of his book. Sometimes it's hard for me to bite my tongue.

Thanks Sue !! I did see a reply on chat where a member did do the 3 day one and said was very pleased. I just wondered how much chicken they had in the lunch time salad. Is it like a certain amount or just eat as much as you like lol..I'm not a big fish eater but once a day would be ok for 3 days.Just can't seem to get started on anything at the moment Shirley in Australia
