I'm hoping someone will run this through Mastercook to calculate the exact points - my guess is 5 or so.

Barbecue Chippy Chicken

4 (4-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 (5-oz) bag WOW brand fat-free barbecue flavor potato chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ranch dressing, garlic powder and red pepper in a bowl; put crushed potato chips in another bowl. Dip each chicken breast half in dressing mixture, then dredge in potato chips, coating well. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Serves 4.
