I just weighed myself and saw the scale had moved down 4 pounds.....in only 3 days!! Is that normal, could it be true????? Any feedback would be appreciated.
Sure, the scale can move that much in the first few days of any diet. It's mostly water weight and that's normal for when you start a diet. Within a week or so, you'll see your losses slow down to a typical (and healthy) one to two pounds a week.
