Has anyone ever read the book called diary of a fat housewife??? I read it along time ago.. and enjoyed it.. I was wondering if any one knows of any good motivation and true books???(meaning a book that someperson has been thru and accomplished weight loss with everyday struggles .. not a dr. book with just diet facts..

Fribbit, for motivational books, I like the one written by Julia Havey, "Awaken the Diet Within." Julia Havey lost 130 pounds herself and offers common sense advice. She does not promote specific diets but concentrates on lifestyle changes and motivation. Hope that helps.
