Thumbs up Yummy new find!

I just tried something new that I wanted to share. It is Carbdown Flatout flatbread. I love wraps stuffed full of fresh veggies and lean meats, so when I saw this at my local WalMart I had to give it a try. These things are great and they're huge! I almost couldn't believe they are only 110 cal. each! They have tons of fiber, very little fat and they are extremely filling. Only $2.00 for a package of 4, and well worth it IMO.

Wow! 15 grams of fiber! I hope Wal-Mart in Canada gets them soon.

I love the regular flatout, especially the sundried tomato version! But I just noticed that the carbdown version has about half the calories of the regular. I'll have to try it

Beverly, Thanks so much for sharing this information. I am going to Wal-Mart tomorrow and I hope they have them. I just checked out the points and they only count as 2pts and they have 15 grams of fiber.

Default thanks

Thanks for this great tip, I just started my weight loss project and I love wrapping veggies and food...but I have been doing it with regular fajita bread...I just looked at the nutritional content of those and it was like 160 calories 40 grams of fat but no fiber at all ...Im def headed to walmart! Thanks
