Hello everyone. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful wednesday. I hope everyone's holiday shopping is going well or, even better, complete!

Today is my holiday lunch for my office and I could use a little advice. I have restarted Phase I just as of yesterday and I want to be to the T. So today our lunch with be held at a Chinese food restaurant. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for an on plan lunch. I was thinking just Chicken and broccoli. How does that sound? Any other suggestions? I don't want to be that girl that doesn't eat at the party because I am on a "diet".

Can anyone out there help me? I appreciate it soo much. Have a great rest of the week!

Can you call them ahead of time and find out if they use MSG? If you can find out what they use in the sauces, then you can choose better. Some sauces have a LOT of sugar in them. Some have a lot of cornstarch. I use some to thicken when I cook but you might be best to avoid it if you are keeping to a strict phase 1.
