I'm in again this month. I am going to commit to 2000 minutes this month. I did 2525 last month, but know with Christmas vacation coming (and the track that I use being closed for 2 weeks), the exercise time will take a beating. I will try, though.

December 1 - 75 minute cardio workout
December 2 - 60 minute walk with the dog
December 3 - 75 minute cardio workout
December 4 - 180 minutes of stripping paint/stain from handrails (this is a great upper body workout)
December 5 - 0
December 6 - 75 minute cardio workout
December 7 - 75 minute cardio workout; 120 minutes laying hardwood flooring
December 8 - 75 minute cardio workout; 165 minutes laying hardwood flooring (just about halfway done and hurtin' )
December 9 - 75 minute cardio workout; 165 minutes laying hardwood flooring
December 10 - 75 minute cardio workout
December 11 - 240 minutes laying hardwood flooring (still aching from that)
December 12 - 0
December 13 - 120 minutes - still flooring
December 14 - 120 minutes - still flooring (made DH take part of it out and do again )
December 15 - 60 minutes - more flooring...will it ever be done????
December 16 - 75 minutes cardio workout; 240 minutes on the floor, but promises to be finished tomorrow
December 17 - 75 minutes cardio workout
December 18 -
December 19 -

December Total to Date: 2145 minutes

Now see what an idiot I am? I didn't realize (because I obviously didn't read it correctly) that I was supposed to report my time in all minutes last month. SO, I'm going to shoot for 1000 minutes of exercise this month.

I love how this keeps me accountable. It's one of the most important things of my day to get on here and update!

Although... you'll see I'm not off to a very promising start! LOL

Well I am not looking to be Queen of exercising by no means! haha I'm just being accountable here! My goal is to go atleast a mile a day on the exercise bike. I am hoping to be able to go farther as time goes on but I have to start out with what I feel is achievable! It has been about 18months since I injured my knee and it is still about the same as it has been so it would seem I am just gonna have to learn to live with it since no one really seems to know what to do about it. So I'm off to pedal pedal pedal! teehee

OK. A new month = a new start. I missed the first week of the month because of working on our audit materials till 11 pm but thankfully that is over now. W2's in January though - YUCK.

This month, I will work into exercising ever weekday. My goal is 1410 minutes.
